At BT Squared, we take sustainability very seriously. This means working to keep our overhead low, increasing our efficiencies, and leveraging our experiences to benefit our employees, clients, and community. Sustainability is not just the best way we know to do business; in today’s economy we feel it is the only way to succeed.

So how do we accomplish this task? Through dedication, passion, and ingenuity. For example, BT Squared has created an internal Green Team that works to make our company the best sustainable business we can be. We perform annual systematic audits of our energy, water, and waste, set goals, and identify projects to keep us moving forward. The result of this effort has been measurable improvements that translate into real savings. After tracking our energy usage over the past four years, our Adjusted Energy Intensity per square foot has improved by 15%, translating into lower utility bills, even as rates increase.

One measure of our success...Energy Star Status. BT Squared's corporate office building has been designated an Energy Star building. Energy Star is the mark of superior energy performance.
